Refund Policy

v1.0 · 15 August 2026

Refund Policy

Source code cannot be returned. Once you have downloaded it, you have it — so sales are final. That said, we would rather refund you than leave you stuck with something that isn't what this site promised.

1The general position

Our products are delivered as a digital download. The moment the archive reaches you, the thing you bought is irreversibly in your possession and cannot be handed back. For that reason, purchases are final once the product has been downloaded.

By completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that this ends any statutory cooling-off right you may otherwise have had for digital content. Where your local consumer law grants you a right that cannot be waived, that law prevails over this policy.

2When we will refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a refund in good faith where:

  • The product is materially not as described on this website.
  • Delivery failed and we could not get the product to you.
  • You were charged twice, or charged in error.

“Materially not as described” means a substantial feature listed on the product page is absent or does not work. It is judged against what this site actually claims — including the section that sets out, in plain terms, what the product deliberately does not include. Please read that section before you buy; it exists so nobody is surprised on day three.

3When we will not

  • A change of mind. You bought it, you have it.
  • Difficulty with the stack. This is a real Next.js and TypeScript codebase, not a no-code template. Lack of familiarity with the technology is not a defect in the product.
  • A third-party service being unavailable, paid, or unsupported in your country. The services the product integrates with are listed before purchase and are yours to obtain.
  • A feature we clearly said was not included.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

4How to ask

Email codewave@nyansastudio.com from the address you bought with. Include your order or receipt number and a short description of the problem.

Please tell us what is wrong before you ask for the money back. Most refund requests we expect to receive are setup problems with a five-minute answer, and we would rather you ended up with a working product than a refund.

We reply within two business days. Where a refund is agreed, it is issued by Polar, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Polar's processing usually takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

5What a refund means for your licence

Accepting a refund terminates your licence. You must stop using the product and delete every copy under your control, including copies in any repository or backup. Any application you have already built with it must stop being distributed.

6Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, email us first. A chargeback raised without contacting us costs us a fee on top of the refunded amount and takes weeks to resolve for you. A genuine, timely refund request will not be refused.

A chargeback raised in bad faith — for example after downloading and continuing to use the product — terminates your licence and we may pursue recovery.

7Services

Deployment and custom development are quoted and invoiced separately, and are not covered by this policy. Their terms are agreed in writing before work starts. Work already performed is not refundable; unstarted work is.
